I bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday. It's now a year later, and she still enjoys playing with it, now in different ways. I like the variety it offers. Here's the details:

- Push/pull the pig in the barrel to get snorts.

- Roll the cylinder at the top of the barn to hear different sounds & see flashing lights.

- Push down on the plunger to activate the rotating center stage and hear a variety of farm-themed songs. Place the animals on the stage and watch them spin!

- Feel the texture of the corncob as you slide it up and down the pole.

- Flip the hinged hen upward to reveal the baby chick underneath & hear a "baak-baak" sound.

- The cow's legs move forward and backward so you can pretend to walk it. The head moves in a "yes" motion, and the feet bottoms have different textures and colors.

- The horse's legs move forward and backward so you can pretend to walk it. The head moves in a "no" motion, and the feet bottoms have different textures and colors.

- The duck is a rattle.

My son loved to play with this toy while lying on his tummy...he could use his hand to move the turntable and make the song. Now that he's older and sitting up he still loves this toy and I think he will like it for quite a while. The little songs are annoying, but my baby really loves it and it helped him tolerate tummy time which is a very good thing. I would highly recommend this toy.

Let me start off by saying that Im so terrible with doing reviews! I always forget!! Although Amazon is deffinitley my favorite site for shopping. I bought this for our 7 month old this past Christmas and she adores it! She is now 10 months and still loves it!! The animals are her favorite toys, especially the cow! Her little face lights up when I hand it to her and she carrys him all around. This toy will deffinitley be a favorite for awhile and I highly recommend it, boy or girl!!

This toy was a hit for my infants, ages 13 months to 1 year. They love the animals, the sounds, lights and the spinning platform. I felt for the money it was well constructed with sturdy parts. The parts are all big enough not to have to worry about infants putting them in there mouths and becoming a hazard. My older children (2 yrs) loved to play with it also. For the money it was a good deal. I would recommend it to parents.

I actually use these bags for cleaning the cat litter box. The bags contain the odor well and are durable enough to hold a lot of heavy clumped litter. They work well for other small jobs too: picnic trash, and yard pickup for example. I'm sure they will work fine for diapers too.

We really like that these bags are biodegradable and use them with biodegradable diapers. They are nice, but pretty thin and will tear easily if you are not careful, especially when you are tearing them off the roll. I would also not use them unless you are putting the soiled diaper straight into the trash bin as I'm not sure how well they would keep in liquid mess. Overall, for the price and environmental impact, I would recommend these bags.

I really liked this product for decades. It become very hard to get in recent years and has now officially been discontinued. It is no longer even made. If you go to [...] you will not see the buckwheat version of the pancake mix listed anymore. The good news is that Quaker provided a recipe to make the mix yourself. I have not yet tried it but I will as soon as buy some dark buckwheat flour.

Here is a letter from Quaker Consumer Relations to a customer regarding the discontinuance.

We're sorry to disappoint you, but we're no longer making Aunt Jemima Buckwheat pancake & waffle mix. I understand how upsetting it can be to find out a product that you and your family have enjoyed for so many years has been discontinued.

There are many reasons why we may discontinue a product, but it's usually because it hasn't met sales expectations. Store chains sometimes stop carrying slower-selling items to make room for new flavors or other products. When too many stores discontinue a product, it becomes difficult to continue making and selling it.

It may interest you to know that you can make buckwheat pancakes by using Aunt Jemima Original pancake mix and buckwheat flour. I've listed the recipe below for you:

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (175 ml) Aunt Jemima Original pancake mix

1/3 cup (75 ml) buckwheat flour (purchase dark flour)

1/2 tsp (2 ml) baking powder

Directions:

Stir dry ingredients together and add milk and egg as per package instructions.

It is obvious that given a bagged vacuum cleaner, the bag needs changing every so often. Everyone understands that concept, and its easy to figure out which bag type (its written on the box in big letters when you buy the vacuum)

It was less obvious to me that belts are also a normal wear and tear part, and that the vacuum clearly lists - on the little "specifications" sticker it has right on the motor - what is the part number for the vacuum bags, as well as the part number for the agitator belts.

Came to know how I guess most people come to know - my vacuum "broke", the brush roll was no longer moving. A few online searches suggested this is what I needed, and the part number list on my vacuum confirmed it.

Received the shipment in just a few days, which was great as my local Walmart was out of this part number - and cost a few bucks more going by the price on the empty shelf.

Putting in the belt took a whole 2 minutes, and this was the first time I was performing the change. Vacuum was restored to like-new brush roll power - I remember how the vacuum seemed to self-propel when it first arrived, and it was great to get that back.

I am sure this is a fine product, and it looks and behaves just fine, but the item description says the item is "WASHABLE, REUSABLE" yet no where on or in the box does the item say it is washable. In fact, the directions on the box specifically state "...and replace it every 6 months for a cleaner and healthier home." Price was fine, shipping fine, delivery time fine, quality appears fine, picture of product and box is accurate, but I was expecting a wash and reuse product per the description, not a throw away as the box states.

This Hoover SteamVac works GREAT! It really deep cleans and leaves the carpet looking and smelling fresh. I am impressed how much of the cleaning water and rinse water gets sucked back out of the carpet. I did do some Berber carpet with it and perhaps it did not work as well as the thicker carpet but Berber it much harder to clean anyway. The carpet dries very quickly. I used to work part time for a professional carpet cleaning company and I can quite honestly say that this does just as good of a job cleaning carpets and does a better job at getting the carpets dry.

This Hoover SteamVac does a great job of pulling up cat puke. As well as cleaning overall dirt out of our carpet. Just be sure you have a great seal when replacing the clean water tank during use. It can and will leak like a sieve if you don't. That part of the machine could use improvement. Also, don't be afraid to perform a couple of additional suction dry runs to pull up as much moisture as possible. It helps the carpet dry faster.

I purchased my love shack almost 10 years ago. Over the years I've rented and used the Rug Doctor as well as borrowed a Bissel from a friend of mine. The Hoover is superior to the bissel in so many ways. Suction for the hoover is better than the bissel which means that you not only get more dirty water out of the carpet, but the carpet will be dry in less time. Cleaning the hoover is extremely simple. I've used it a few times now and it still looks brand new because I clean it after every use. The Hoover is lighter because it doesn't have a heater to keep the water hot. However, I put extremely hot water in the tank and it stays hot until I've used it all. The heater inside the bissel only causes it to weigh a great deal more. As far as the rug doctor comparison, the rug doctor does clean better. Better than either the hoover or bissel. However, the cost of the rug doctor ( assuming you'd buy one and not always rent it ) is way more than the hoover. The hoover does have better suction though so, again, your carpet will be dry soon after you've cleaned it. Renting a rug doctor is a pain cause you can't do spot cleaning or traffic area cleaning on a regular basis very easy ... you also have to go to the store to rent it and then you feel obligated to do quite a few rooms.

Another thing I love about the hoover is the components that come with it. I just did my stairs using the hand held scrubber and hose attachment. Was really easy and cleaned my stairs very well. The only thing I didn't like about the hose attachment is that the suction to pull the water back up doesn't seem as strong as the base unit so my stairs stayed wet for about 3 or 4 hours ( with fans blowing on them ).

All in all, my only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner. I love it and my carpets look ( and feel ) cleaner and softer.

I have owned several carpet cleaners over the years. Never have I had one that removes as much water from the carpet as this one. The separate container for the cleaning mixture is a great idea. As the dirty water container is not very large plan on emptying it often, but it's not too heavy and empties easily. Love this carpet cleaner.

Particles Per Million of the air in your house is much higher than the air outside. So get a filter that will reduce that significantly.

I have been using these filters for about a year now. We have a long haired dog that sheds constantly and has bad dander. Along with that there are 5 of us living in a not so large home. This filter performs so well, I hardly ever sneeze anymore. Prior to this I used generic 3 month fiberglass filters. They performed what I thought as well, however hardly ever lasted 3 months, more like a month, and I used to wake up every morning sneezing for 10 minutes or more. I found these at a local hardware store and tried them out. By the end of the 3 months the filter is BLACK and weighs noticeably more than a new one. I dont sneeze any more in the morning.

I recommend getting these from Amazon because the price per 6 is about the same as 4.5 at the hardware store. Six will also last you over a year unless you smoke or have more dusty environment. For general use the filter should last 3 months easily.

Pros:

>>> Cost per on amazon by far the cheapest

Cons:

>>> Seem more expensive than generic, but they last longer and perform better, so much better bang for the buck.

Overall this is a fantastic filter for your AC/Furnace.

I received my toaster oven in perfect condition. I bought it to broil big pieces of toast that are too big for my regular toaster. I use it every day. The heating elements never get 'red' hot when toasting on highest setting. The thing does toast my bread but probably takes twice as long as it should. I haven't used the rotisserie because I don't want to clean up the splatter and all the small parts.

I got this as a gift for my husband. He always wanted a rotisserie as he likes to experiment cooking all types of meat. When it came in we were all amazed at how HUGE it is! I got this maybe 2 years ago and it is still in it's original box as we have no room to set it up, but that was my mistake. All in all, if I had the room, it would definetly be up and we'd be using it for every special occasion roasting a ham or roast.

I've used this coffeemaker in my office for several years. It still works fine. BUT, as others have mentioned, it dripples severely. A transient cure for this drooling is to smudge a bit of oil (preferably non-toxic) on the spout. Olive oil works well for 1-2 pots; other oils might be better. The carafe is a uninsulated metal, which cools off faster than I can drink 4 cups. I'd prefer a maker with an insulate carafe, without the heat plate; I couldn't find one when I ordered this. BUT, I see a Jerdon product is available via Amazon (w/ mostly positive reviews) Jerdon First Class CM21W 4 Cup Coffee Maker, Thermal Carafe, White... which I just put in my shopping cart.

Have been using this for about one month, ever since my trusty Krups 4 cup cpffee maker finally gave out after 15 years. I reluctantly gave it three stars since it does make a fairly decent cup of coffee, but I have to agree with other reviewers that the coffee: 1) is not hot enough, 2)the half hour shut off is much too soon, 3) the coffee does not stay hot in the carafe, and, 4)the carafe almost always leaks all over the counter when you pour.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the new model of this coffeemaker doesn't dribble when pouring the water into the coffeemaker. That was the only real objection I had to the last Cuisinart 4-cup coffeemaker. I recommend it highly. In addition the cord is much shorter, which is also better since a long cord was totally unnecessary.

I received the Water Boiler from Amazon. Again, another terrific success story from Amazon! The packaging was great. I love this product. The water is PIPING HOT, just the way I like it. 4 liters is a good size for me. I no longer wanted to spend the time to boiling water or to microwave it either (the mug get so hot to the touch in the microwave) so that is why I bought this warmer. I like the features and the ease of use. Of course, I read the booklet before I started the warmer. The price may be a bit pricier than you would want to pay for a convenience item but you soon forget about that price aspect when you know how much convenience and utility you'll get from the product. I know some Asian markets may have this product or something similar but I don't want to have to stand in line or drive. For me, it is easier to have Amazon send me the products. I would recommend this product. It's is beautiful and I am sure to have years of use with it.

Bought this to make baby formula quickly and occasional tea. Ended up using it much more than I realized, glad I bought the larger size and appreciate the efficiency of the thermal design. We were thinking of installing an instant hot water dispenser in our new kitchen but got "cold" feet due to alleged maintenance issues with the dispensers, cost, and bulk. We ordered the Zojirushi instead, and it's perfect. I value good design - in addition to function - and the unit scores ***** on both counts. It's the same size as our coffee maker, and much better looking. And it works perfectly. Kudos as well on what has to be the gold standard of instruction booklets. Expensive in the short-run; worth it in the long.

I discovered these type of water boilers (a small Zojirushi one) during a stay at Tokyo hotel and when back in US, I immediately purchased one. It has been one of the best purchases I made and already served me for 2 years. This product not only looks great but when I started using it, I noticed that I agreed with every design feature. Over the two years, there was only one thing I could not figure out: How to cancel a re-boil. And I discovered that as well. Besides that, I have never found any design decisions that made no sense or did not like about this product. If I could chose a christmas gift for my parents or siblings, this would be right on top of the list. I'm also not sure what material the shiny metallic body is made off but mine looks absolutely brand new after much heavy use. I'm glad I got this one instead of a plastic one. It would be so great i all products were made like this.

A few comments:

1 - If you use distilled water like I do, the machine needs absolutely no maintenance. Not even a cleaning as the water just cycles thru it. But if you use running water like I used to, after a few months some crystal-clear flakes begins to form and you have to run a cleaning cycle as described in the manual. It is much cheaper to buy a gallon tub of "citric acid" for horses than buying small cleaner packets (also citric acid) or just cooking citric acid. Exact same thing but at a fraction of the price. All available on Amazon of course.

2 - To cancel a boil, push the timer button. Then a push a few more times so it comes out of the timer mode. Besides that, everything else is intuitive.

3 - Make sure to keep the manual. There are only a few settings to change, such as the music setting, that is tricky but described in the manual.

We purchased this product from Amazon who delivered flawlessly as usual (ahead of time, too!). We have been using the product for over a year, and we are thrilled with its use. Our boiler is always ON, and it has performed flawlessly. We are big tea drinkers, so having the water ready at precisely the right temperature (e.g. green tea at 195 degrees F.) is fantastic. It is economical (hardly notice the increased electricity cost) and truly thermal (the outside walls can be touched and are barely warm). We use only filtered well water, so the sediment build-up is minimal. We find that cleaning once every 6 months is sufficient. Don't bother to get the expensive Zojirushi packs of descaling powder. We purchased Citric Acid from our local health food store for $6.00 a pound in bulk. You only need 2 oz. of it to clean at a time, so that's less than $1 each cleaning. The unit has its own cleaning cycle (1.5 hours) which performs at just the right temperature. The instruction manual is excellent, clear, easy to read (large print and pictures) and amazingly precise (even the English is correct). Highly recommended, three friends have already purchased one.

I like the std non-digital watches for work- I have to have a date, as well as a second hand.

I like this watch because it has both Gold and Silver tones so it matches most jewelry.

I wish it had an alarm but I don't believe any women's watch similar to this has that feature.

I am replacing my old watch after a few years because the clasp ripped off... poor thing. I am hoping to fix the band and just have two but I can't stand not having a watch. These have been great. We tried these and Huggies. The Huggies were very awkwardly shaped and too big for our newborn. The pampers were easy to put on and we haven't had a problem with leaks or anything.

I couldn't believe how huge the size 1 diapers seemed on my baby when we transitioned to them from the newborn size. A friend of mine gave me a few of these size 1-2 and they fit perfect! you cannot get them in stores (except for maybe Sam's Club, if you're a member) so i was very happy to have found them on Amazon. If you are looking for a diaper that is in between the newborn and size 1--this is it!

We were given quite a few diapers at our baby shower and this is the only brand we use now. Our baby's sensitive skin became irrited so the pediatrician suggested we monitor the diapers since we told him we had several different brands that we were using. He was right,...........I'm sure the other brands are equally good products because everyone I know uses them all, however , this works for us and we are very satisfied..........this is our first child and I had no idea how many diapers we use up every day......we now order multiple cases at one time.

The product meets my baby's requirement. I change her diaper every 3 hrs during the day and 6 hrs later at night. She feels comfortable in these diapers until then.

But at times I find the internal diaper material (the white fibers) sticking my baby's bottom parts and making it messy. This frustrates me since I have to clean her up fully and she hates it too! Seems the quality has deprecated with higher sizes of Pampers swaddlers.

We liked these diapers for our baby girl. They fit well for her and we love the wetness indicator. She had one blow out but overall the pampers served us better than the huggies. The shipping was slow and we have Amazon prime.

I'm renting this product rather than buying, since I'm unlikely to need it for over a year.

I had low milk production with my first child and used a Medela pump-in-style. I always needed formula supplements as well. With my second child I was coming closer, but was pumping 15-20 ml per feeding when I needed 30 to supplement what the baby was getting for herself.

My lactation consultant recommended trying the Symphony before going to formula supplements. I would not have imagined that slight changes to the rhythm of the suction on a pump could make so much difference in milk expression, but switching to the symphony has raised my pumped output by about 50% from the first pumping. In addition the Symphony is much quieter than my old pump.

My insurance company provided this pump for me since I was released from the hospital before my baby. It is great! When we were in the hospital we were using the Ameda Elite which was making me sore and had a hard time maintaining equal suction on both sides. Although the parts of the Symphony are slightly harder to wash it is a far superior machine. The breast shields are smoother and more comfortable. The one knob operation is very easy and intuitive. I don't know why exactly, but it is the only Medela machine rated for use with preemie babies.
